  5. Graphic Elements is copyright © 1994 by Al Evans. All rights reserved.

  7. The Graphic Elements system may be used free of charge in any software
  8. which is similarly distributed free of charge, except that credit
  9. must be given as specified below. 
  10.  
  11. Registered users of the shareware version of Graphic Elements may use it 
  12. free of charge in any software distributed as shareware, as long as
  13. credit is given as specified below and I receive one registered copy of
  14. the shareware release.
  15.  
  16. Credit line: "Animated Graphics by Graphic Elements. The Graphic Elements
  17. system is copyright © 1994 by Al Evans."
  18.  
  19. Any other use, whether for a published commercial product or for software
  20. to be used in-house in a profit-making business, is subject to a 
  21. licensing fee. Contact me for details.

  23. _Registration_

  25. In return for a registration fee of $49.95, you will receive the following:
  26.  
  27. - A version of the Graphic Elements library compatible with MPW 3.x.
  28.  
  29. - A version of the Graphic Elements library compatible with Metrowerks
  30.   CodeWarrior for the Power PC. 
  31.  
  32. - Source code and documentation for CGEPane, a CPane derivative which
  33.   adds Graphic Elements support to the Think Class Library.
  34.   
  35. - Source code and documentation for TGEView, a TView subclass which
  36.   adds Graphic Elements to MacApp.
  37.   
  38. - An additional (masking) low-level copy routine, for offscreen use, which
  39.   is plug-compatible with the Graphic Elements "transparent" copy 
  40.   routine and offers a 30% overall improvement in speed at the cost of
  41.   increased memory requirements.
  42.   
  43. - Documentation describing the creation of custom Graphic Elements and
  44.   examples of such elements.
  45.   
  46. - Technical support by email.
  47.  
  48. - Information on new software modules for the Graphic Elements system
  49.   as they become available.
